Among the things that make the community at Grace Church so unique are the relationships that are formed among those who attend. This is obvious to see each week after the Mass as we enjoy a casual opportunity to have some great food, conversation and fellowship...what we call the Second Sermon!

Children's Chapel

Sundays during the service

The foremost goal of the Children’s Chapel is to introduce the children to the love of God for them individually. Each week during the mass, the children will learn from the Word of God that they are special to God and that he has a special plan for their lives! Volunteers are always welcome.

Intercessory Prayer

Sundays 8:45 in the Conference Room

Do you see the many needs around you and wonder how you could help? Then perhaps the prayer ministry is for you. Beginning in March we will meet on Sundays in the conference room from 8:45-9:15 to lift up the needs of those in our communities who need prayer. If you feel a desire to pray for others, please see Amy. No experience necessary! Pray for one another, that you may be healed. James 5.16

Youth Group

Sundays 5PM

The early years of Jesus’ life are shrouded in mystery and are often referred to as the “lost years.” But there is an event that is recorded which takes place when Jesus is twelve. This event is very significant. Jesus and his family are on a journey headed back to their home town from the temple in Jerusalem. Both Mary and Joseph assume that Jesus is with the other, when, three days into the trip, they realize that Jesus is lost. They retrace their steps back to Jerusalem, only to find that Jesus is in the temple, asking and answering questions.

It is so important for us to realize that at or around the age of twelve, adolescents begin to question many things. They are looking for their place in the world. They have questions about their bodies and their identities. They are beginning to look for answers from people other than their parents. This is all very normal. Jesus' slipping away from his own parents shows us this is exactly what children do at this age. The key to the scripture is in where Jesus goes and whom he seeks out. He goes to the temple – to the people of God. This is where the youth of today need to come. They need to know what God has to say about them, about the purpose for their lives. Adolescents need to know the truth about what is right and wrong and they desperately need role models and mentors.

What we give the youth when they come on Sunday afternoons is a sense of who God is and who they are in God's eyes. We use a variety of ways to foster their confidence in God as they face an uncertain future. We present the youth with practical strategies to use to make the right choices, which is not always easy. And we give them a safe place where they feel they can ask the questions that are most on their minds.

God is working among our youth and it is very rewarding to see the spirit of God take root in their hearts, knowing that though he may lead them far away from this place, they will be firm in their knowledge that God loves them and is with them wherever they go.

Music Ministry

Worship through Music

The liturgical services at Grace Church are composed of three parts:

The Word of God, The Eucharist and Worship

The Music Ministry at Grace Church provides us with a beautiful blend of old and new. Contemporary worship music is appealing and meaningful. Worship through music allows us the opportunity to both praise God and call out to Him in our need. Songs that evoke a wide variety of emotions are a vital part of the worship at Grace. Join us for a heartfelt experience as we lift our voices to the Lord of Lords.

If you have special talent in the audio/visual field, then we could use your help. Please consider joining us in our effort to maintain our sound systems and website so that we make full use of the most current technologies.

Jesus says the He is the Word made flesh.

Discover the awesome privilege of declaring the Word on Sundays.

“Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.”

For years we have worked with our friends at the BRM. Please join us on a Saturday morning as we prepare food to be distributed on Boston Common for those less fortunate thatn ourselves.
